This book is quickly becoming my favorite poetry collection, and I don't say that lightly. I am so overwhelmed by its emotional honesty, lyricism, depth of spirit, and passion. This communication of sadness and loss is so maddeningly beautiful. I think we should all try to understand what people have lost to colonialism.
