Enjoying it so far, nothing groundbreaking yet but I think these early chapters are a set up for the rest of the book. Also, I would not self-diagnose myself with CPTSD, so I’m reading this more from an outwardly diagnostic perspective than a self-help perspective. That being said, I’ve still learned some things about myself that have been helpful! This book attacks perfectionism heavy.
