I can see why, Len. But my main issue is not even the accent. I've given up because I realised the guy I liked will not end up with our MC.

I can't even talk about the plot! The writing was so annoying, I know that I'll never be able to read it.

Yep! I'm hopeless that way. Apparently, the second book is his own, but I don't know if I'll be able to. As much as I like A. Hall's writing, this series is not for me, I think.
