As a white Catholic cisgender man akin to the author, this is very likely the most important book I'll read this year and ignites a broader journey for my understanding, education, and allyship / advocacy as a DEI leader within my organization and especially with personal relationships and relatives who are all too comfortable with thinly veiled racist comments and sentiments.
