half completed mss with copy edit errors throughout, sometimes as many as 5 in a single paragraph, and the most blatant non-catch was on p. 216 (???)INDICATE RESOURCE REFERRENCE it just makes me ANGRY that material is getting out that is so sloppily edited!!! Makes me want to hang up a shingle
