Talking about prime movers nowadays would undermine thousands of animals and men that were contributing to our civilization years ago. Back then the biggest prime mover is none other than a muscle. We have built civilization brick by brick and ironically, destroyed it within one canon balls.

The hardest chapter to finish: The agriculture involution. It was interesting take that we, collectively, sought efficiency in agriculture by diminishing our crop size and increasing our population density. Back then, words such as "more kids will give you more yields" were very much true yet resonated for generations even untill earlier 3rd industrial revolutions. Where ironically, decreased such efficiencies.
