I've tried to listen to this audiobook numerous times and I find it so boring that it ends up being a chore that I give up on until a year or two later I feel compelled to start being more productive and feel guilt that I paid for this book and never listened to it. I loved The Power of Habit, but I think it's time I stopped trying to force this one on myself.
