STOPPPP the thought of Gabriel crying always gets to me 😭

OMFG the truth was right there from Ash, and yet I still didn’t see the twist coming during my first read 🤧

Rereading this rn and I’m already so emotional seeing Aaron 😭 also we’re about to meet Astrid 🥹

My heartbeat continues to rise the further I get through this book. I gotta remember that this is a series - not everything is gonna be sorted out in this book 😪

AARON MY BABY!! BAPTISTE!! I’m low key really glad they’re leaving San Michon, let them go be gay in peace! Also I’m hoping this means that Aaron will live and be in book 2 🥺🙏🏻

Several things:
1. People have died, and I have (almost) cried
2. I’m not ready to find out what happens with Astrid, but at least I know that the smut will be decent (SUE ME 🤷🏻‍♀️)
3. I would LOVE Gabriel and Aaron to become unlikely allies, but know that can’t happen 😭

“I say again, your blood’s worth smoking” I should NOT have blushed at that tf

Gabriel: The last Silversaint, the Black Lion that people sing hymns about

Also Gabriel: *shoots an innocent woman off her horse and rides off on it to escape the monsters he’s known for killing*

This is obviously addressed in the book, and tbh I love a flawed character 👌🏻
