I have five more chapters to go. I'm listening to an audio version of the book while crocheting. It's not as good as I was hoping. I find the voice of the reader a little irritating too, so that doesn't help. I know I am affected by seasonal changes so I was hoping to find this book informative and helpful, but it's not meeting my expectations. It's rather dry and boring.
