I had requested this book from my local library without knowing its focus is wellness, mental health, and how relationships and attachment in our childhoods shape us (or, if poor and unhealed, hinder us). It was not the book I had expected, and although I tried to persevere, I made it to only 13% and had to call it quits. Unfortunately, this was not the book for me.
