i just realized that all the crims they turned specials are like 18 MAX. probably not even 17 yet 😭 why are they the governments best super soldiers 😭 like i understand the plot reasons that they turned everyone into specials but in-universe it kinda doesnt make any sense 😭 arent most of the specials middle aged

this is tiring 😭 obviously tally didnt want to be special so whyy is she just letting it happen and not rebelling internally? is it a different kind of brainwashing? why after 2 books of her showing she can take initiative is she juat following shaylas orders 😭
