and i'm done with all 416 pages !!! the acknowledgments page was a tad odd but i'm assuming it was in good enough taste bc it was published? while i wonder what the author said about the metoo movement, or why he included it in that page, i do not have any desire to seek out that information lmfao. i also dont see why we had to bring this story to the 21st century with phones n shit, felt arbitrary af. good book tho!

on page 405 !!! like 10 more pages left, and i find it HILARIOUS that colossus clocking jean straight in the face "knocked some sense" into her and freed her of the phoenix's influence, even for a second. like she deadass said damn peter i felt that shit LMAO

officially entered act 3, at about 300 pages. approx 120 to go and i think i will finish within the next few days, if not the next few hours

i've realized that i'm reading the physical book which is 416 pages, and this is the kindle book listing. which is not as long, so i'm actually only halfway through. and while i fully believe i will enjoy this book in its entirety, im so tired of reading 400 something page books. i think for some reason its just annoying to read 200+ pages and know you're still in the exposition lmfao
