I (F63) tried the standing on one foot with eyes closed challenge, thinking it would be a piece of cake as my balance eyes open is above average. Oops! Could barely hold it for 3 seconds to start! They don't say whether bracing the free leg ala tree pose is allowed, but I suspect not. (TBH I can't swear I'd have done better as a youngster)
