(Chapter 18) This book feels like a children’s show episode where you can predict exactly what’s going to happen next and who’s the big scary villain, except the peace of it is disturbed by bad sex scenes and very sappy shit going on. I can’t believe I am sacrificing my own well being by forcing myself to read this to the end

Oh, yes, the vocabulary was “vixen”, “love making” and “she smelled/tasted like peaches and lavender”. How could I forget it.

Apparently the only words in this writer’s vocabulary are “vixen” and “love making”.

I never was a fan of the expression “make love” to begin with. And after this book I would actually like to condemn those words to hell. Never thought I would get this sick of hearing them, yet here I am.

They have said “vixen” at least once in every chapter so far. I am beginning to despise that word.

Never until now did I realise that I do not like hearing the guy “giggle”. In my head a giggle is what Alli Mauzey did as Galinda in Wicked. A large buff man, and a crazy, chihuahua-energy girl with blonde curls and pink frills do not mix together.
