Baxter, a portugese water dog, has a severe case of seperation anxiety. When his owner leaves the house, he whines, barks and makes messes. His owner has to give him up so the Petterson's decided to be a foster family till they find a good home. Lizzie and her brother Charles use their dog Buddy to teach Baxter how to stay calm when he is left alone. Will they find him a good forever owner?
