I like the idea of what just happened but I’m apprehensive about how the remainder of the book will play out

I just don’t get it?

The writing so far is easy to read but sometimes I feel like there’s not enough context but also not in a way that I think makes the story boring. I just want to know more

5 years seems like a short time for them to be saying “it was a long time ago”
