Why does Sherlock appear at like 60% mark in the 2nd part, I DONT WANNA READ ABOUT AMERICANS!

So far the best Sherlock Holmes Novel I've ever read, Watson trying to analyse Sherlock using common sense and then hearing him say things like "Yeah i don't care that the Earth revolves around the sun" is so hilarious
