I have no idea where the plot is going, but I really like the characters. I can see this inspired The Last Hour of Gann. Honestly, it’s a less horror filled and plot driven Last Hour of Gann.

I’m actually starting to enjoy this, I just wish there was an actual plot beyond Taryn raising the griffin 😅. I have a feeling this series is going to take forever to get going. Also if any of the centaurs are killed I’m going to be so upset because they are my favorite thing to ever exist in a book.

Ugh I want Taryn and Tonka to end up together but I know that’s not going to happen 😭

The whole cat thing was a choice 🙀 Like wow if we didn’t need anymore of a hint that the wizard was very evil.

Honestly, not hating this so far. Minus the weird sex scene at the beginning of this is, it’s pretty solid.

Why are all R Lee Smith books smarter than I am 😅? I came here for baby griffins and monster smut, but left with a psychology degree 😂.
