Very interesting read, especially for me with a psyc background, but incredibly hard to read the things people have gone through. Hurts my stomach, I have to read this in short bursts. Will pick up again later. I assume the second half is an easier read when he presents solutions to ameliorating PTSD symptoms and how to handle trauma work
