So far it’s interesting but i’m feeling weird about certain choices the author is making, like describing certain tribes as “sophisticated” and others as “barbaric.” It’s also weird to me that the author acknowledges that “Sioux” is a word given to the tribe by their enemies, a word that is meant to be offensive, and yet continues to use it in lieu of other names like Dakota???
