I’ve read fiction, non fiction, historical novels. Books about The Revolutionary war and all the conflicts in between, to currently what’s going on in the world! This book is one that is truly written from the heart, by a man that had to over come so much physical and emotional issues not the least of which was his struggles with PTSD. If you ever wondered about PTSD. This is a must read book!

This is great book for everyone to read!
In my opinion it’s about perseverance and resilience. It can also be of benefit if you are dealing with PTSD or know someone who is or learn about PTSD.
On a personal note I have befriended Dave Mellor and met his wife Denise through my Job at Fenway Park. He is such a nice, humble and sincere man!
