I knew Luther wasn’t betraying Diem, and I’m glad she finally accepted her feelings for him. I don’t know how she will handle the challenging, but I just hope she finds and she is able to show all her enemies how powerful she really is.

Finally the old Diem is back, and she finally let Luther into her life again. Their chemistry is just overwhelming.
But now the challenging has started, and every house wants to challenge her, even if she wins, it is going to be very difficult. And now Luther challenged her. I mean what is his plan? Because it is obvious that he is the strongest, so he must fight against her. I hope they don’t die.

I kinda don’t like Diem right now. I get that she is grieving her father, but Luther had nothing to do with it and he only wants to help her. I don’t get why she is pushing him away, especially after he confessed his feelings.
I don’t trust Henri, I guess he is using her. Diem only wants to marry him because, apart from Teller, he is her only connection to her old life. She knows she no longer loves him …

I already love this book so much. I mean I enjoyed the first book, too, but this one is so much better. I can’t put it down.
I knew it was going to be a 5 star read and one of my favourite books at around 20%

Luther now confessed his loyalty and, more importantly, his devotion, desire and commitment to Diem, oh my god, that was fantastic.
But she didn’t answer him because she had to say goodbye to the guests.
I hope they they will talk soon after the ball and that she will admit her feelings for him, especially after he confessed that he wants change for Lumnos, too, and that he will help her.

Ohhh I love the teasing and banter between Diem, Luther, Aemomn, Taran and Eleanor, I think it’s hilarious.

Oh wow I really love them tension and banter between Diem and Luther, it really has me smiling and giggling.
But the slow burn is burning really slow …

Oh god now Luther caught Diem and Henri making out …
