So, thanks to the Fourteenth Amendment, the Constitution's Article 4 Section 2 was void, which the SCOTUS had used in "Dred Scott" to determine Black people couldn't be free because that article meant states determined someone's citizenship. Otherwise Black people would wander around the states free and, well, that's just crazy talk! Can't wait until SCOTUS kills the Fourteenth and "states rights" away citizenship.
