The first half of this book is a 1 to 2 star read for me. I’m not a big fan of Taryn having random sex with every other character in this book if it’s not leading up to a review harem.

I’m probably going to take a break from this series once I finish this. Taryn is draining to read and I’m not super into her and Tilly’s open relationship. 😅 The writing isn’t bad I think I’m just over Taryn being an extra special snowflake girl who everyone wants to bang.

I knew the whole pity sex thing with Reed was coming, but it’s still pretty jarring to read. I feel like this should have been a reverse harem romance at this point, but it’s not so it’s just strange.

Taryn having weird, random dream sex with people is kind of killing this for me. It adds nothing to the plot and it makes her relationship with Tilly seem kind of meaningless. Probably going to dnf.
