There are poets who will romance the appearance of a flower; lusting away in extensive verbiage so pronounced that it assaults the reader..making the ordinary feel inept--oops forgive the euphemism--Stupid. What I'm appreciating thus far, is how the fewest possible words allow us to ensue the ruminative process on our own. My first of Roussel so a bit apprehensive, but as the pages go by so does the reason to fret.

Luckily, I'm still managing and trying not to rush through it. Ford really is a translator worthy of praise and the little references/explanations given help the reader so much. But going to take a breather coz I don't read much poetry to begin with mhm! I don't mind admitting I'm a neophyte in the field... :D
