My edition has 338p, iso/ 341.
Not so positive any longer (which has been brewing a while). Realistic but confusing dialogue (self-)interruption & clunky (sm)all-caps & italic use R main culprits; vague & extremely slow plot progression now significantly add 2my growing weariness. If reading software manual=more fun than fictive novel, something=either very good, or borderline bad (& I'd not say "KRev"=*very* good).

240315: Paused around p111 (~33%); "duplicate-wristband", going to "Moss Moon gallery".
I have no real sense of where the plot is headed -- nor what it's about. It hasn't been boring, though -- it's quite entertaining & gripping, albeit w/ vague sense of story and... emphemeral(?) character actions. Not unusual, per se; except, this is supposed to be YA or even teenager novel. Nice! Am interested, I like it.

p93, RBW. p99, weird sentence; revisit in other (newer) edition?

Absolutely positive I wrote review about short story collection accompanying this, but can't find it. Where is?
Dynamic and heavy use of typeface (italics, "...", and even small-caps for emphasis) is sign of the times (it's an old edition -- wonder if same in newer ones?) but highly distracting and annoying.
Atmosphere, descriptions, and characterizations--so far--make it certainly worth my while, though.

Again it strikes me that in this series, written decades ago, Dragt presents some spot-on predictions about our future; not just ecological, but also technological and social. Somehow, the things where she ended up swinging a miss are all the more charming and fun(ny) in an entertaining way; has to do w/ writing style, but can't pinpoint it.
