All the mcs/aliens were fucking stupid shits.
That’s what I remember most.

And ngl, that prob also means the fmcs were kinda really stupid to settle for all those stupid fucking shits too.

If I were to rate these books now, I already KNOW it’ll be one star and on mt utter shit shelf.

But for my younger self… I won’t reread, so I can’t rerate.

These shouldn’t be called the “Lords of Kassis”

It should be called the Lords of Ass Kissing…
Which there prob wasn’t even enough of.

Not nearly enough groveling on the mcs parts towards the fmcs…

If anything, it just makes me think those OW likely Were kissing and eating the mcs assholes. Literally.

I don’t recall exact details about the plots…
And I guess the mcs are soulmates or whatever, bc I can’t help but think how the mcs in this series/species do NOT deserve how fucking awesome the fmcs all are.

I know the fmcs did some amazing shit.
But what do I recall about the mcs????
Besides them with OW ??????

Ugh.

And to be fucking honest, I Hated seeing the authors face every time her photo came up on the goodreads website or, god forbid, in the actual books.

I couldn’t care less for the about me sections, but her face was always off putting to me.

I think she reminds me of every Karen ever.
And also this one chemistry teacher/volleyball coach I fucking hated.

I WANT to reread this series…

But I won’t.

If I were to reread all the books I’ve read by this author now… I’d prob shit on the majority of them prob.

I don’t recall the writing being good…just the story ideas*

I do vaguely recall enjoying how badass the fmcs were at the start of this book, the rescue and acrobatics scenes..

But the nostalgia is always ruined Very quickly after I remember how stupidly shit the mcs behave..

I may never reread this series bc of that stupid OW drama nonsense I can recall.. even after almost a decade or so of not reading this.

It was just some stupid character writing. Some lame af alien excuses.

That one scene ..
The fact that the mcs in each book went to get consensually molested by OW in front of the fmcs.. 🤦🏻‍♀️
