author is a libiot who thinks they Invented CRISCO to give US a food with Longer Shelf Life. The author makes many good points and many bad points and so far has nothing on Peter Ballerstedt (an agronomist advocate for grassing ruminant animals with all the same points on CO2 and water usage Butt none of the liberal bullshit (like CO2 equals climate catastrophe or beef was ever unhealthy).
