OK. Wow. Holy shit. The title story fucked me up. I think I may have been sleeping on Rendell as the hipster I try to not be, but I am learning the a name being ubiquitous isn't a bad thing. She writes self-obsessed, cruel bastard men so well. Gods damn!

Never read Rendell before and now I know she's a Baroness I probably never would have, but this was in my Audible library and it stops being free at the end of the month, so I thought I'd give it a go.
