It’s SOO odd and unearthly, it takes getting used to. The investigator is pretty cool. A slight pet peeve of mine is when sci fi/fantasy authors feel the need to use our forms of profanity in a story. It always seem a bit ‘off’ and amateurish. Otherwise, ‘The Tainted Cup’ is rather good so far.
