How did you get hold of it?"Patience played a key role: I regularly stalked the dot-com versions of the most common used books websites (including eBay) until someone new listed a mint copy for a reasonable price (in this case, less than 100 USD including shipping to Germany and German VAT). The fact that it arrived on my birthday made it extra special :-)
