Can't wait for this to be over! So cringe

Heavens help me

I will continue reading till my head bursts with scathing remarks and inappropriate words. I will keep reading because maybe I'll actually like fantasy books, and it will be worth it in the end. Why can't I be into fantasy? Why? Why?

I have switched to the audiobook, and while it sort of made a difference since one of the narrators (Fiona Hardingham) is one of my favorites, she's only reading a part of it. 

I'm not even going to blame the writer because I have put this burden on myself. I will keep reading until I lose the little sanity I still have.

It's not that this book is unreadable; it's complicated and has so many moving parts, but I can hold convoluted plot structure and unnamed characters in my head. If I had to jot down names and theories, I would, but it's not that. The challenge with this book is that it's just extremely boring and purposeless. It doesn't have any plot, and I have no desire to pick it up.

I have read 10+ books since I started this one, and you would think I would give it up, but no, that's not how my mind works. I am willing to spend more hours agonizing and worrying to finish this book. That's just how I roll.
