So I'm struggling. If Tomas is supposed to be the love interest to root for, I feel like the setup has been lacking. I almost always default to the forced marriage partner so I'm trying to keep an open mind. Yet Jamys is bland so far. Even bland he feels like a more likable character already. I decided to look for spoilers which I rarely do but now I'm not sure I want to continue when I was already struggling.
