The irony of Lauren’s dad calling the thieves greedy yet supporting the neighbors greed just because he believes that they will have his back. Also the fact that Lauren’s dad tells her that she isn’t part of the community really irked me bc kids are an integral part of community! Everything that is being done now is so the kids can benefit from it too!
