Chapter 12 is really good. Meyers is pointing out some historical details that go deeper into the true meaning of these verses

Chapter 11 is very interesting. Meyers address some scriptures that have been twisted & misused for decades or longer. If you truly take the weight of each word specifically chosen and the fact that it addresses both parties of any relationship and read it both dissected then as a whole, you'll see that so much of what these verses say have largely been ignored. Fathers & leaders of any kind need to study better.

The book is beginning to drag on a bit...

Meyers challenges readers to go deeper in their understanding of the Bible. Studying it is more than just reading. Its about having an experience with God & coming to know the love He has for people. If we allow ourselves to have a personal experience with His love, then we can show that same love towards others. But we can't give something we don't have so we have to open our hearts to receive it first.

Past, Present, and Future; God has all the answers. And we have hope through Him

So far Ephesians has been focused on revealing who we are in Christ and how much he loves us. It does have a way of making you feel valued and purposeful. A very encouraging read thus far.
