If you have any interest in learning the effects of complex, chronic trauma and the healing of internal family systems from a Christian woman’s experience, this is the author and this is the book. “Is It Me,” by the same author was a major tool of God in changing my life, and this book is a great companion read. The narrative style is perfect.
