When the type I diabetic is somnolent and you see their sugar is in the 20s and someone says they’re going to run and get the glucose tablets from another building but you try to insist you go to save this person’s ~feelings~ and once that person returns with the tablets you get side tracked by another conversation? I could expect a Brit to pronounce ‘insulin’ as ‘in-siu-Lin’ instead of ‘in-sull-in” but the narrator’s pronunciation of “in-shew-lin” is driving me bonkers.
