this book, while fascinating, is very dated. i enjoyed him talking about the reliability of computer punch cards in a pre-bush v. gore universe, but the absolute worst is reading the words "accused cannibal and murderer jeffery dahmer" in this chapter. ACCUSED? anyway i would love to see an updated look at marketing and consuming now.
