What’s working is the discussion of identity and work, and how difficult the transition between school and “the rest of your life” can be. How choosing a career path can feel like it defines you as a person, is a permanent choice, is the boring and conventional move that cool people put off for as long as possible.

What’s not working is fear mongering about the biological clock, judgy attitude towards young and confused people, assumptions that everyone who works outside of an office job is delusional and deliberately wasting time to appear cool and avoid making real choices as opposed to economical reasons
