All right, I love them.

How is this book so repetitive. I mean like, every couple of pages or so I find myself rolling my eyes and thinking “yea-heah you said that already. About a dozen times”. I think after a couple of books and one initial repetition I would know that e.g. Vassa is “a queen by night, and firebird by day, sold by her fellow queens to a sorcerer-lord” I. GET. IT.

Okay. I feel for Nesta, I truly do, it is no small thing she went through and this book does a really good job at explaining everything. But omg. It doesn’t give her a reason to have such a piss poor attitude. I honestly can’t stand it. Also, scary High Lord Rhys is givinggggg
