I just finished it and just like 8 days of salvation this book was so bad that i just dont remember much of it and dont know what yo point out, plot? Non existent, writing ? I reached chapter three and look its very obvious james is just gregs self insert judging on his irl personality, and this whole book is him going through his unfulfilled fantasies of his saviours complex and god complex, also why did he not defend himself?

Immediately I can tell the main character is a narcissist but he is a teenager and I guess all teenagers at some point were narcissists Because in reality people are not animals they’re human beings with actual feelings and if you look at people as animals, then you have a God complex because in reality if you were smart you would realise people have souls that just need to be understood obviously
