Super insightful read so far! If you’re interested in what the training/daily life of a controller is like, the first chapter goes into pretty accurate and great detail. It’s interesting how similar training is even though it’s been 40+ years. Very eye opening how the beginnings of federal unions began and how tumultuous it was to get it going. Kind of crazy how much history is behind the union.
