Finally. The plot.

How can this be classified as a murder mystery when I’m 66% of the way through the book, and there has been no murder?

The language is throwing me off. “Play it cool” we are in 1912?!

“Of course, I’m Margo Browning.” Pleeeeeeease 🥴

It’s just…I’m 80 pages in and I fear I still have no sense of the plot. This is such a long buildup.

If I have to read the word “scowl” one more time…

I just don’t think we’re using the word “scowl” correctly here. Repeatedly.

“Margo Browning” is 100% just a caricature of Margaret Brown
