What do you think of it so far?

I'm so lame. I just found your message (and other people's as well!) on this page. It's pretty good. Reminds me a little of Raymond Carver. I could see how many people would be turned off by the (intentional) lack of any discernible "plot" in the stories but they are great portrayals of an outsider living an alcoholic life with out directly stating it all the time. Sorry it took me so long to see your note! ;)
