Phew. This is so good. I mean, it is terrible and horrible and ungodly gut wrenching, but good. Gripping. Devastating story of how people persist and keep persisting through the absolute terrors of colonial occupation and racism. Heart wrenching. Halfway through and I can’t imagine where the story is going from here.
