What content does it have? Or is it just the overall theme?

But there are some subjects that are briefly discussed that wouldn't be suitable for a young audience. And there is some romantic thoughts expressed by the female MC (she's not a Christian in the book) which, yeah, are just better suited for mature readers. But other than that (and of course, exercising discernment about the themes) the book is actually quite good!
