I feel like I’m trudging through Norma’s POV just to get back to Joe. Her story isn’t bad but it’s not as vivid or compelling as Joe’s POV.

I rarely read books without some fantasy/sci-fi/horror elements, so what are the chances that the two I’ve read this year are about the same topic? Wild. So far I’m enjoying this one WAY more than Deep End of the Ocean.
