This a book I will read once a month for a while… life comes with a handbook, many, and this is one of them. I appreciate the inconvenient truths and reality checks sprinkled throughout this book; I wasn’t ready to hear a few of them, which is what makes this book an ember for change. The layers of reality mixed with guidelines for progress make this book both a difficult and hopeful read.
