Cultural Geography? Yay, Mike! Noble was at Akron while I was there, but I never paid attention to his work. Wilhelm was my first Geography teacher my freshman year at OU and probably the reason I hate so much the kind of landscape stuff you love. Arrrrgggg!! It fascinates me how the two of us, with such similar backgrounds, when presented with the same academic work, respond to it in completely opposite directions. But the fact that we both react to it strongly, that says something about where we came from.
