What a clear understanding of a complex historical event. One thing that I like about the text is that it does not purport to have found a universal "Truth." It recognizes the nuanced and distinct language and actions that individuals make collectively. Also, the perspective does not interpret neither at the expense of people nor society at this time. It does focus on Jewish sources, but addresses Christian as well.
